Many of us are aware of the stories that we don’t want to be telling – the narratives that we’ve adopted over time that keep us trapped in habits that no longer serve us. Then there’s another path of story wherein we dig deep to uncover the many facets and colors of who we are with the goal of stitching together all of the seemingly disparate pieces that combine to paint the picture of the unique, one-of-a-kind individual each of us are on the planet.

Yoda wisely told us to "Do or do not. There is no try." There's often an untidy, draining energy of "efforting" in the absence of doing or not doing.

There is an infinite number of things you can be doing on this life journey that don’t include things you hate. Hate is the operative word here. I know few people who can avoid annoying or mundane tasks, and few who are privileged enough to have the freedom to walk away from something they just aren’t in the mood for. But hate is another level.
